Our sessions are a total immersion experience that allows you to take a break from the stresses and habits of your daily life in order to focus on your physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. They are an ideal opportunity to recharge your batteries and regain the balance in yourself; helping you to reach a deeper clarity and improve productivity when you return to your daily lives.
We offer a range of hourly, half day and full day bespoke wellbeing sessions. After consultation, mix and match our services to create an itinerary that is either general in content or aimed to target key areas to suit you and your colleagues.
Each of our practitioners, are members of industry professional bodies and hold full liability and indemnity insurance.
