Areas of Expertise: Integrative Counsellor, Group Facilitator, Supervisor, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, CBT, Breathwork, EFT Practitioner, Bereavement Support Worker.
Working with young people and adults in the community using integrative counselling, delivering parent teen workshops to parents on communication, sexual health, development and parent teen relationships.
She has been Counselling and supporting young people and adults using a diverse range of therapies, including Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Brief solution focused therapy, breathwork and EFT for several years.
She has experience in working with a vast range of issues, sexual abuse, trauma, self- harm, stress, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationships, bullying, addiction and bereavement. As accredited with the NSC and a member of BACP, she always working within the strict code of ethics.
A strong advocate for children and young people’s mental health and well-being. She feels extremely passionate that all children and young people have the right to reach their full potential and is dedicated to ensuring that she can give them the opportunity to do so. Brenda believes all children and young people should have access to the tools and resources they need to help them develop and grow in to healthy adults.
